El cantante australiano Maxwell Farrington y el multi-instrumentista de Avi\u00f1\u00f3n Christophe Vaillant se conocieron en circunstancias improbables, pero se convirti\u00f3 en algo realmente especial. Ambos se conocieron durante un concierto conjunto en La Boule Noire, como parte del festival MaMA en Par\u00eds, en 2019. Durante su presentaci\u00f3n, Farrington cant\u00f3 una versi\u00f3n acapella de una canci\u00f3n de Burt Bacharach, los llev\u00f3 a una conversaci\u00f3n entre los dos m\u00fasicos que desembocar\u00eda en el nacimiento del d\u00fao Maxwell Farrington & The SuperHomard.<\/span><\/p>\n

ONCE<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n

Estaba claro que los dos ten\u00edan mucho en com\u00fan en t\u00e9rminos de gustos, pero musicalmente tambi\u00e9n se sacaron chispas r\u00e1pidamente, por lo que pronto de estos intercambios surgir\u00eda el esquema para su primer \u00e1lbum. Lanzado en abril de 2021, <\/span>Once <\/i><\/b>es el \u00e1lbum debut del d\u00fao y consta de 12 tracks. El arte de Vaillant es el centro de atenci\u00f3n, aunque con un tono m\u00e1s cercano al pop orquestal, con cuerdas exuberantes que elevan las canciones, al igual que los tiernos rasgueos de guitarra que las mantienen en su lugar. Este ordenado escenario musical, combinado con la contagiosa voz de bar\u00edtono de Farrington, da lugar a una colaboraci\u00f3n impecable que se debe tanto a la riqueza de la historia de la m\u00fasica como a los sonidos contempor\u00e1neos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Muchos artistas han optado por hacer m\u00fasica durante la cuarentena, representativa de los tiempos extra\u00f1os que vivimos, con sentimientos a tono con el aislamiento y la claustrofobia . Aqu\u00ed, el d\u00fao decidi\u00f3 hacer un \u00e1lbum optimista y alegre.
