Originaire de Tours, Kartell est un artiste fran\u00e7ais de musique \u00e9lectronique. C\u2019est en 2012, apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre install\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris,\u00a0 qu\u2019il rencontre Cezaire qui l\u2019introduit \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne club de la capitale et fait de son E.P, \u00ab\u00a0Riviera\u00a0\u00bb, la premi\u00e8re sortie de son label Roche Musique. Le talent de Kartell pour les productions lentes et groovy s\u2019inscrit alors parfaitement dans la r\u00e9surgence de la sc\u00e8ne house et disco de l\u2019\u00e9poque. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9croch\u00e9 une r\u00e9sidence au renomm\u00e9 Social Club Paris, il d\u00e9veloppe son projet DJ aux quatres coins du monde, avec des dates allant de la Californie \u00e0 la Cor\u00e9e du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2021, Kartell sort l\u2019E.P \u00ab\u00a0Daybreak\u00a0\u00bb, marqueur d\u2019un son plus expansif et spacieux, il s\u2019ouvre aux collaborations sur ce disque en travaillant notamment avec SG Lewis, Qendresa et Che Lingo. D\u00e9crivant ce projet comme \u201cla base\u201d de son nouveau son, Kartell entre dans un nouvel \u00e8re et se lance dans la production de son premier album avec une toute nouvelle \u00e9nergie, le r\u00e9sultat baptis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Everything is here\u00a0\u00bb est disponible depuis le 31 mai 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour accompagner la sortie de cet opus, Kartell a mis au point une playlist exclusive pour What the France sur laquelle vous pourrez d\u00e9couvrir quelques uns de ses titres, ainsi qu\u2019une s\u00e9lection de ses coups de c\u0153ur \u00ab\u00a0made in France\u00a0\u00bb.
