Le 11 mars dernier, le chanteur, clavi\u00e9riste et auteur-compositeur fran\u00e7ais Alexandre Longo, plus connu sous le nom de Cascadeur<\/a><\/strong>, d\u00e9voilait son quatri\u00e8me album, baptis\u00e9 Revenant<\/em><\/strong>. Annonc\u00e9 par deux singles, \u00ab\u00a0La promesse\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Young\u00a0\u00bb, suivis de leurs remixes respectifs r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Niklas Paschburg et Aufgang, ce nouvel opus compte au total 13 titres, dont un duo avec Stuart Ashton Staples, fondateur du prestigieux groupe britannique Tindersticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour ce retour tr\u00e8s attendu, Cascadeur se pr\u00e9sente sous un nouveau jour puisqu\u2019il interpr\u00e8te pour la premi\u00e8re fois plusieurs titres en langue fran\u00e7aise. Certes, il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 tent\u00e9 l’exp\u00e9rience au sein de ses groupes de jeunesse ou, plus r\u00e9cemment, en duo avec le regrett\u00e9 Christophe, sur Collector<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0en 2014, mais le fran\u00e7ais est manifestement venu dissiper les \u00e9crans de fum\u00e9e : on ne peut plus se cacher quand on revient \u00e0 sa langue maternelle. Au passage, l’artiste au casque \u00e9toil\u00e9 se glisse dans la peau d\u2019un nouveau personnage, alors qu\u2019il se contentait de\u00a0 marcher \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque\u00a0de son tube \u00ab\u00a0Walker\u00a0\u00bb, il apparait cette fois v\u00eatu d\u2019une combinaison de base jumping et prend son envol. La gagnant de la Victoire de la musique dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0Album de Musiques Electroniques ou Dance de l\u2019Ann\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb de 2015, \u00e9chappe ainsi \u00e0 la gravit\u00e9, sur un disque plus l\u00e9ger et a\u00e9rien, r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9 vers les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l\u2019occasion de la sortie son nouvel album, Cascadeur a mis au point pour What The France une playlist exclusive rassemblant quelques-uns de ses titres \u00ab\u00a0made in France\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, avec au programme des morceaux sign\u00e9s\u00a0Christophe, Michel Polnareff, Dominique A, Alain Bashung,\u00a0Terrenoire, L, Fran\u00e7oise Hardy,\u00a0Barbara, Camille, Philippe Sarde, Christine and the Queens, Aeadan, L\u00e9o Ferr\u00e9, Philippe Katerine, Grand Blanc, Feu!
