La Yegros, alias Mariana Yegros de son vrai nom, est une chanteuse argentine, originaire de Buenos Aires. Elle pratique divers styles de chants, dont le chamam\u00e9, en provenance du nord de l\u2019Argentine, h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de son p\u00e8re, tandis que sa m\u00e8re l\u2019initie tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00e0 la cumbia. Elle suit dans un premier temps des \u00e9tudes musicales dans le conservatoire du quartier de Mor\u00f3n, une banlieue de Buenos Aires, avant de rejoindre par la suite le groupe alternatif De La Guarda, au sein duquel elle collabore avec le producteur d\u2019\u00e9lectro-cumbia argentin King Coya. En 2008, elle participe \u00e0 un t\u00e9l\u00e9crochet et d\u00e9cide de se professionnaliser en formant le groupe De Martinas, qui pratique une fusion entre l\u2019\u00e9lectro et la musique traditionnelle argentine. Cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, elle int\u00e8gre le mouvement Zizek (ZZK), qui d\u00e9veloppe un style d\u2019\u00e9lectro tribale m\u00e9langeant des sonorit\u00e9s en provenance du monde entier, dont elle deviendra rapidement le porte-\u00e9tendard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2013, elle\u00a0sort son premier album solo, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Viene de m\u00ed\u00a0\u00bb, dont le single \u00e9ponyme cumule plus de 12 millions de vues sur YouTube et plus de 11,5 millions de streams sur Spotify. Un autre extrait de ce disque, \u00ab\u00a0El bendito\u00a0\u00bb, sera utilis\u00e9 dans le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre jeu vid\u00e9o \u00ab\u00a02014 FIFA World Cup Brazil\u00a0\u00bb. Trois ans plus tard, elle sort l\u2019opus \u00ab\u00a0Magnetismo\u00a0\u00bb, dont le titre \u00ab\u00a0Chicha Roja\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 vu plus de 7,5 millions de fois sur YouTube. En 2018, elle enregistre la chanson \u00ab\u00a0O\u00f9 on va\u00a0\u00bb, un duo avec le groupe fran\u00e7ais VSO, qui figure sur leur EP \u00ab\u00a0Kintsugi\u00a0\u00bb. L’ann\u00e9e suivante, La Yegros livre son troisi\u00e8me album, baptis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Suelta\u00a0\u00bb, produit par King Coya avec la participation d’Eduardo Cabra (Calle 13) et Jori Collignon (Skip&Die), un projet auto-produit sur Canta La Selva Records, qui voit le jour sur le label fran\u00e7ais X-Ray Productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
