C&rsquo;est sans doute le plus extraordinaire, dans laquelle son \u00e9criture musicale est mise en valeur. L&rsquo;album ressemble \u00e0 une symbiose de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments stylistiques, de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectro \u00e0 chanson classique en passant par house des ann\u00e9es 90, du piano n\u00e9oclassique revisit\u00e9 aux synth-pop actuels. Un album dans lequel l&rsquo;accent est clairement et directement mis sur les \u00e9motions et les sentiments et o\u00f9 la technique prend consciemment du recul. <strong><em>Midnight Resistance<\/em> sortira le 29 mai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xzI12Tw1FEA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9orientation musicale<\/h3>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que c&rsquo;est le plus innovant et le plus ouvert de tous ses albums, avec de v\u00e9ritables singles pop comme l&rsquo;enivrant <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Lies\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (feat. Look Mum No Computer), la ballade nostalgique <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Mandala\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> des ann\u00e9es 80 (feat. Ornette) ou la chanson pop captivante <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Rent Boy\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (feat. Jay-Jay Johanson).<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9orientation musicale de Toxic Avenger se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans le tr\u00e8s \u00e9mouvant <strong>\u00ab\u00a0I Need You\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> et dans la puissance de la chanson d&rsquo;introduction <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Americana\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Alors qu&rsquo; <strong>\u00ab\u00a0On Sight\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> captive et enchante sans h\u00e9siter, des chansons comme <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Midnight Resistance\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> ou <strong>\u00ab\u00a0\u0427\u0415\u0420\u041d\u041e\u0415\u041b\u0415\u0422\u041e\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> (\u00ab\u00a0Black Summer\u00a0\u00bb en russe) vibrent et refl\u00e8tent en m\u00eame temps la marque de fabrique du son \u00ab\u00a0Toxic\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Un des points forts de l&rsquo;album est la collaboration avec <strong>Maxence Cyrin<\/strong> sur le titre tr\u00e8s expressif et \u00e9motionnel <strong>\u00ab\u00a0On My own\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. La plus grande surprise sans doute de cet album consiste \u00e0 ce que Toxic Avenger chante lui-m\u00eame pour la premi\u00e8re fois (<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Les Heures\u00a0\u00bb)<\/strong>.
