Depuis les sombres tourments de son adolescence, elle a appris \u00e0 vivre avec les coups de c\u0153ur, avec les amours \u00e9touff\u00e9es, avec l&rsquo;impuissance d&rsquo;un \u00e9lan de courage suivi d&rsquo;un \u00e9chec. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans ma t\u00eate, je vis des histoires d&rsquo;amour sans que l&rsquo;autre personne le sache. D&rsquo;autres requi\u00e8rent une sorte de magie et une grande richesse de rythmes et d&rsquo;arrangements. L&rsquo;enregistrement de l&rsquo;album a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris avec <strong>Apollo Noir<\/strong>, accompagn\u00e9 en Normandie par <strong>Sam Tiba<\/strong> du groupe Club Cheval, qui est \u00e9galement responsable de la production. Mais Ana a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce travail et a produit trois chansons elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui ressort particuli\u00e8rement de ses chansons, ce sont sa justesse et sa musicalit\u00e9. Son album d\u00e9crit parfaitement les montagnes russes de l&rsquo;amour, qui peuvent aller du coup de foudre au au c\u0153ur bris\u00e9. Une invit\u00e9e sp\u00e9ciale fraie son chemin \u00e0 travers toutes les chansons de l&rsquo;album :<strong> la m\u00e9lancolie<\/strong>. <em>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s m\u00e9lancolique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, dit Ana. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans ma vie et dans ma t\u00eate, je collectionne les souvenirs, les dates, les sentiments. La chanson s&rsquo;appelle \u00ab\u00a0Silly Boy Blue\u00a0\u00bb et raconte l&rsquo;histoire d&rsquo;un gar\u00e7on qui enfreint les r\u00e8gles. Ana Benabdelkarim n&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e9videmment pas encore n\u00e9e lorsque David Bowie concourait avec son h\u00e9ros Scott Walker pour le prix de la chanson la plus extravagante. Mais cette prise de risque, cette ambition musicale sans limite, cette libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;aborder les th\u00e8mes des normes sociales et de la sexualit\u00e9, cette m\u00e9lancolie joyeuse r\u00e9sonnent encore aujourd&rsquo;hui dans les r\u00eaves de la jeune chanteuse, autrice-compositrice, multi-instrumentiste et productrice, d\u00e9j\u00e0 connue en tant que membre du groupe nantais <strong>P\u00e9gase<\/strong>. Ana donne maintenant une forme concr\u00e8te au Silly Boy Blue de Bowie, ayant fait du titre de la chanson son personnage de sc\u00e8ne, transformant ainsi ses fantasmes en r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on lui demande si la musique sauve encore des vies, Ana r\u00e9pond sans sourciller : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Sans la musique, ma vie aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente. Elle m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 me d\u00e9tester un peu moins. Mon plus grand r\u00eave serait que mon album tombe entre les mains d&rsquo;une fille tout aussi paum\u00e9e que moi, qui ne sait pas qui elle est, si elle pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les gar\u00e7ons ou les filles. Et que cette fille se sente bien en m&rsquo;\u00e9coutant.
