Du 9 au 11 septembre se d\u00e9roulera le Waves Festival<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 Vienne, qui sera l’occasion de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux talents de la sc\u00e8ne internationale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le festival Waves Vienna se veut promoteur de musiques nouvelles et actuelles : il s’agit de faire d\u00e9couvrir au public de nouveaux groupes, ceux qui qui ont un penchant international mais qui, pour une raison ou une autre, n’ont pas encore atteint le sommet et m\u00e9ritent ainsi d’\u00eatre suivis de pr\u00e8s. Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de quelques groupes connus, le Waves festival pr\u00e9sente un grand nombre de concerts moins m\u00e9diatis\u00e9s : les spectateurs\u00b7rices sont invit\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 fl\u00e2ner d’une salle \u00e0 une autre, pour go\u00fbter aux diff\u00e9rents biotopes musicaux ici et l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

La musique d’Europe de l’Est, par exemple, est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement. De nombreuses choses ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans cette r\u00e9gion depuis l’ouverture \u00e0 l’Ouest, mais il est encore trop souvent impossible d’y assister \u00e0 des spectacles de haut niveau. Et pourtant, en Autriche, la sc\u00e8ne de la musique actuelle est florissante mais encore trop peu mise en avant. Le Waves veut contribuer \u00e0 changer cela. Le billet d’entr\u00e9e au festival offre la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir un programme international extr\u00eamement dense entre musique alternative, \u00e9lectronique, rock et club, dans un format compact autour du 9e arrondissement de Vienne.<\/p>\n

Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Waves Festival a \u00e9galement accueilli r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des groupes fran\u00e7ais. Cette ann\u00e9e, cinq groupes prometteurs \u00ab\u00a0made in France\u00a0\u00bb seront pr\u00e9sents au festival : Johnny Mafia<\/a>, Murman Tsuladze<\/a>, Barton Hartshorn<\/a>, The Rodeo<\/a> et Sun<\/a> (brutal pop)<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Barton Hartshorn<\/a><\/h3>\n

La superbe voix du chanteur parisien Barton Hartshorn transporte l’auditeur au coeur m\u00eame de la chanson anglaise. Enracin\u00e9es dans le monde de la pop-folk anglaise, ses chansons ont un parfum d’Americana<\/em> de la c\u00f4te ouest des ann\u00e9es 70 ; c’est ce m\u00e9lange de sc\u00e8nes musicales et de sons qui leur donne une touche tr\u00e8s personnelle et originale.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Johnny Mafia<\/a><\/h3>\n

Avec deux albums tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par la critique, inspir\u00e9s de classiques comme les Ramones ou les Pixies, mais aussi de groupes plus contemporains comme Wavves, ainsi que plus de 250 concerts \u00e0 travers l’Europe, dont certains des plus grands festivals fran\u00e7ais, Johnny Mafia s’est impos\u00e9 comme l’un des leaders d’une sc\u00e8ne indie rock fran\u00e7aise en pleine expansion.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Murman Tsuladze<\/a><\/h3>\n

Force de la nature, sourcils broussailleux et \u00e9paules larges, Murman est un artiste unique, un po\u00e8te charmant, mais aussi un vendeur de tapis volants, un hors-la-loi, un astronaute, \u00e0 la fois secouriste et kidnappeur de femmes le long de la route de la soie. Il est accompagn\u00e9 du premier mari de sa cousine et d’Aristophane Krikor Berdzenishvilli, un vieux cousin amoureux de la mer Caspienne.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>SUN<\/a><\/h3>\n

SUN est une chanteuse, auteur-compositeur, guitariste et actrice franco-allemande. Son premier EP Brutal Pop<\/em><\/strong> a stup\u00e9fi\u00e9 la presse et le public avec la cr\u00e9ation d’un son in\u00e9dit : des chansons pop avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de rock et de m\u00e9tal, \u00e9galement connues sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0brutal pop<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Rodeo<\/a><\/h3>\n

Rodeo est l’anagramme de Doroth\u00e9e, une musicienne et chanteuse parisienne impertinente. Apr\u00e8s s’\u00eatre fait conna\u00eetre avec ses deux premiers albums Music Maelstr\u00f6m<\/em><\/strong> et La Musica Del Diavolo<\/em><\/strong>, enregistr\u00e9s dans le monde entier, elle revient avec son troisi\u00e8me album Th\u00e9rianthropie Paradis<\/em><\/strong>, qui est une m\u00e9tamorphose radicale, enti\u00e8rement chant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais et influenc\u00e9 par la pop europ\u00e9enne des ann\u00e9es 60 et 70, une sorte de m\u00e9lange entre France Gall et Blonde Redhead.<\/p>\n
