Le l\u00e9gendaire producteur et ing\u00e9nieur Samuel Clayton Jr (The Rolling Stones, Groundation, Sebastian Sturm), d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 pendant les sessions d&rsquo;enregistrement en mars 2020, est \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Brain Damage meets Big Youth - 2020 I Pray Thee ( Official Music Video )\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Lcaea6gNq3s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Martin Nathas aka Brain Damage est l&rsquo;un des pionniers de la sc\u00e8ne dub (\u00e9lectronique) fran\u00e7aise qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de groupes tels que High Tone ou Kaly Live Dub. Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 14 albums, entre autres en collaboration avec Vibronics, High Tone ou Harrison Stafford. Avec le producteur et compagnon de longue date, Samuel Clayton Jr, il s&rsquo;est rendu \u00e0 Kingston en mars 2020 pour travailler sur un nouvel album avec le l\u00e9gendaire Big Youth et son producteur Stephen Stewart dans les c\u00e9l\u00e8bres Anchor Studios. Martin Nathas a d\u00fb partir apr\u00e8s seulement deux jours en raison d&rsquo;un cas de maladie dans sa famille, qui s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Clayton Jr. et Steward ont fini d&rsquo;enregistrer avec Big Youth en Jama\u00efque avant que Nathas ne les informe du cas positif. Il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 par la suite que tous trois \u00e9taient atteints de Covid-19, ce qui a provoqu\u00e9 la mort inattendue de Samuel Clayton Jr. Brain Damage et Stephen Stewart ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;album \u00e0 la demande expresse de Samuel Clayton Jr. et de sa famille, physiquement s\u00e9par\u00e9s dans des conditions de quarantaine \u00e0 Kingston et \u00e0 Paris.
