En 2012, elle lance l\u2019orchestre <strong>Insula orchestra<\/strong> qui, sous sa direction, a inaugur\u00e9 La Seine Musicale sur l\u2019Ile Seguin en 2017. Il en est l\u2019orchestre r\u00e9sident, \u00e9galement en charge d\u2019une partie de la programmation de l\u2019Auditorium o\u00f9 il invite de\u00a0nombreux ensembles et artistes. En revisitant les formats et les codes de la musique classique pour aller \u00e0 la conqu\u00eate de tous les publics, ces ensembles produisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des concerts sc\u00e9niques, notamment avec Yoann Bourgeois,\u00a0Antonin Baudry ou Pascale Ferrand.<\/p>\n<p>Laurence Equilbey m\u00e8ne une politique tr\u00e8s dynamique dans le domaine du num\u00e9rique, faisant fr\u00e9quemment incursion dans le monde \u00e0 360\u00b0 ou la VR, tout en construisant un projet complet et innovant d\u2019actions\u00a0culturelles et p\u00e9dagogiques, de transmission et d\u2019inclusion d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire des Hauts-de-Seine. En 2021, un centre de ressources destin\u00e9 \u00e0 partager avec le plus\u00a0grand nombre ses recherches musicales et scientifiques, mais aussi p\u00e9dagogiques et num\u00e9riques, a vu le jour.<\/p>\n<p>Artiste associ\u00e9e au Grand Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Provence, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Aix-En-Provence, elle poursuit une relation privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e avec la Philharmonie de Paris et elle est \u00e9galementdirectrice artistique et p\u00e9dagogique du D\u00e9partement sup\u00e9rieur pour jeunes chanteurs | CRR de Paris. Laurence Equilbey a dirig\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s nombreux programmes donnant ainsi naissance \u00e0 une discographie vari\u00e9e et d\u2019une grande richesse. La saison derni\u00e8re, elle a \u0153uvr\u00e9 sur deux disques d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 Beethoven\u00a0 \u2013 les\u00a0Concertos pour piano n\u00b0 4 et 5,\u00a0puis le\u00a0Triple Concerto\u00a0et la\u00a0Fantaisie chorale.
