Ce disque, qui fait la suite \u00e0 <strong><em>Akwa<\/em><\/strong> (paru en avril 2021), constitue le second volume d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;opus signant \u00ab\u00a0un retour \u00e0 la forme la plus pure de cr\u00e9ation de Mikano\u00a0\u00bb. Le projet porte le nom d&rsquo;un des quartiers de Douala (Cameroun) dont est originaire Mikano. Dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un contenu\u00a0 plus intime et profond que l&rsquo;E.P pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/span><span class=\"sw\">, i<\/span><span class=\"sw\">l<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">emm\u00e8ne<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">l&rsquo;auditeur<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">d&rsquo;un<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">extr\u00eame<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">\u00e0<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">l&rsquo;autre, passant d&rsquo;un titre doux et fragile \u00e0 un titre rempli de force et de caract\u00e8re. L&rsquo;artiste nous propose une introspection, la sienne et la n\u00f4tre, en s&rsquo;exprimant sur la complexit\u00e9 des relations et des \u00e9volutions personnelles.<\/span> Son titre et clip <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Tell a Lie\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> repr\u00e9sente parfaitement l&rsquo;\u0153uvre musicale de Mikano, taill\u00e9e sur mesure pour un public ouvert au m\u00e9lange des genres, avec une esth\u00e9tique visuelle soign\u00e9e et plac\u00e9e au m\u00eame niveau que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience auditive.<\/p>\n<p><script>document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function() {(tarteaucitron.job = tarteaucitron.job || []).push('youtube');});<\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube_player\" videoID=\"ENWOsWNtLLg\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" style=\"height:50vw\" theme=\"light\" rel=\"0\" controls=\"1\" showinfo=\"1\" autoplay=\"0\"><\/div>\n<p>Mikano est un rappeur franco-camerounais \u00e9mergent. En 2018, il sort <em>Blind Man Dreams<\/em>, un E.P r\u00eaveur et envo\u00fbtant, qui lui permet de mettre un pied dans la sc\u00e8ne musicale fran\u00e7aise et internationale. Il livre ensuite en 2020, sa mixtape <em>Melting Ballons.<\/em> Il rencontre progressivement un certain succ\u00e8s au<strong> Royaume-Uni et aux Etats-Unis<\/strong>, dont il s&rsquo;inspire dans sa cr\u00e9ation, avec des titres presque totalement anglophones. On retrouve notamment les influences de c\u00e9l\u00e8bres rappeurs am\u00e9ricains comme Travis Scott dans sa musique.
