A l\u2019occasion du festival du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.francofolies.fr\/le-chantier-des-francofolies\">Chantier des Francofolies de La Rochelle<\/a>,<\/strong> What the France est parti \u00e0 la rencontre du groupe SOCIAL DANCE r\u00e9aliser une interview pour leur poser quelques questions autour de leur exp\u00e9rience sur sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00eat pour un \u201cLive Shot\u201d avec <strong>SOCIAL DANCE<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SOCIAL DANCE - What the France Live Shot\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PJN3LFENYjU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>La formation est originaire de Marseille, n\u00e9e en 2020 dans une colocation entre trois amis qui formeront plus tard SOCIAL DANCE. Alors que le confinement permettait d\u2019\u00e9viter toute transmission du CoViD, les id\u00e9es de <strong>Faustine<\/strong>, <strong>Thomas<\/strong> et <strong>Ange<\/strong> se sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es et leurs ambitions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contagieuses pour tous les trois : <strong>ils devaient faire de la musique ensemble<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-57488 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/whatthefrance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/socialdance-what-the-france-193x300.png\" alt=\"social dance au Chantier des Francofolies de La Rochelle\" width=\"193\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whatthefrance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/socialdance-what-the-france-193x300.png 193w, https:\/\/whatthefrance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/socialdance-what-the-france.png 550w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 193px) 100vw, 193px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est comme \u00e7a que les<strong> guitares funky<\/strong>, les <strong>claviers \u00e9lectro<\/strong> et les groove ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 leur son, <strong>sautillant<\/strong>, qui donne la p\u00eache du d\u00e9but jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin. Le projet venait de na\u00eetre. SOCIAL DANCE, cette esp\u00e8ce d\u2019\u00e9ponge qui rassemble toute la bonne humeur de plein d\u2019univers musicaux diff\u00e9rents a rapidement contamin\u00e9 les festivals. Chapeaut\u00e9 par le label de Montr\u00e9al \u201cLisbon Lux Records\u201d, le groupe injecte \u00e0 tous ses auditeurs une <strong>dose d\u2019optimisme<\/strong> et procure l\u2019envie de danser. Entre leur E.P <strong><em>Rumeurs<\/em><\/strong> sorti en 2022, accompagn\u00e9 par deux singles \u201cFais-le pour elles\u201d et \u201cParler\u201d publi\u00e9s la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, on ressent bien queleur rem\u00e8de pop est un m\u00e9lange de <strong>LCD Soundsystem<\/strong> et des <strong>Talking Heads<\/strong>, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 insouciant emprunt\u00e9 aux <strong>Rita Mitsoukos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais leur musique se vit surtout sur la sc\u00e8ne o\u00f9 l\u2019on voit bien que ce trio \u00e9lectrique ne se prend pas au s\u00e9rieux. <a href=\"https:\/\/whatthefrance.org\/fr\/yoa-what-the-france-live-shot\/\">Cette seconde interview<\/a> r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au Chantier des Francofolies de La Rochelle est une premi\u00e8re proposition pour entrer dans la danse avec SOCIAL DANCE.
