Le pianiste et compositeur fran\u00e7ais Maxence Cyrin a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 son neuvi\u00e8me album, intitul\u00e9 Passenger<\/em>, le 15 novembre dernier. Port\u00e9 par un sens harmonieux de la m\u00e9lodie propre \u00e0 l\u2019artiste, les onze compositions de ce disque tissent un lien entre l\u2019ambient, le minimalisme et le n\u00e9o-classique.<\/h3>\n

Le grand public le d\u00e9couvre en 2010, gr\u00e2ce au succ\u00e8s de sa reprise des Pixies \u00ab\u00a0Where is my mind\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, qui cumule \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent plus de 250 millions d\u2019\u00e9coutes dans le monde et a \u00e9t\u00e9 remix\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier par The Toxic Avenger. Maxence Cyrin d\u00e9marre sa carri\u00e8re discographique d\u00e8s 2006 avec la sortie de l\u2019opus Modern Rhapsodies<\/em>. Il livre ensuite l\u2019album N\u00f6vo Piano<\/em> (2010), suivi de l\u2019E.P Eye of the storm <\/em>et des albums The Fantasist <\/em>(2012), Nocturnes (Solo piano) <\/em>(2015), N\u00f6vo Piano 2 <\/em>(2015), N\u00f6vo Piano Live <\/em>(2015), Aurora <\/em>(2020), Melancholy Island <\/em>(2022) et Springsong <\/em>(2023). En 2023, il signe aussi la bande orginale du film de Martin Jauvat \u00ab\u00a0Grand Paris\u00a0\u00bb, tandis que plusieurs de ses titres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 synchronis\u00e9s sur des s\u00e9ries TV (Mr Robot, The Leftlovers, Lyc\u00e9e Toulouse-Lautrec) ou des publicit\u00e9s (FDJ, Narcisso Rodriguez), il s\u2019est \u00e9galement produit en tourn\u00e9e aux Etats-Unis, en Italie ou en Allemagne.<\/p>\n
