Yseult is a French singer-songwriter born in 1994 to Cameroonian parents. She first came to the attention of the public on TV programme 'La Nouvelle Star' in 2010. Not long after the TV competition, she collaborated with singer Maurane on her new album. She also sang on the soundtrack to the James Brown biopic produced by Mick Jagger. In 2014, Yseult released her first single, ‘La Vague’, and then her eponymous debut album in 2015. In 2019 she was nominated at the 36th Victoires de la Musique awards ceremony in two categories and received the award for Female Newcomer of the Year. Always hungry for new experiences, Yseult launched a career in fashion. She was the official model for campaigns promoting diversity and self-acceptance for the ASOS brand and became an international ambassador for L’Oréal Paris in 2021.
