Diskay is a Parisian electronic music composer, originally from La Rochelle. He began composing at a very young age, self-taught and influenced by artists such as Bonobo and Emancipator.
Over time, his style has become more defined. Drawn to the harmonies and timbres of film scores and minimalist music, Diskay has developed his own unique sound, characterized by precise neoclassical electronica that is both ethereal and organic. Diskay doesn’t hesitate to explore a variety of musical genres, ranging from chillwave to melodic techno, including downtempo, progressive house and even contemporary composition. He ventures into new stylistic territories without limits to constantly enrich his art. In February 2025, Diskay released his debut album, “Anthema,” a 13-track electronic project blending prepared piano sounds with bowed strings. He has continued to expand his discography with new singles, the latest being “Lucia,” released on last January 16th.
With over 60 million streams across streaming platforms, Diskay has established himself as a rising star in the electronic music scene. He has already shared the stage with renowned artists such as Trinix, Fakear, Michael Canitrot, Romain Garcia, Nils Hoffmann, Nhyx, and many others. He has performed at iconic venues such as the Monumental Tour, Cabaret Sauvage, La Maroquinerie and Badaboum.
On stage, Diskay delivers a captivating musical experience, skillfully employing keyboards, pads, and various controllers and modules. An energetic and captivating performance that he constantly keeps evolving with his new creations. He recently filmed a musical performance at the Bibliothèque nationale de France (National Library of France – Richelieu site), now available on his YouTube channel.
