Synapson | A new single and an exclusive playlist !

Synapson is a French electronic music duo that emerged in 2009, formed by childhood friends Alexandre Chiere and Paul Cucuron. Both DJs, remixers, and producers, they released their first EP, Haute Couture, a year later, followed by the albums Stendhal Syndrome (2012) and Convergence (2015). The latter includes their version of the late Victor Démé’s song “Djôn’maya,” renamed “Djon maya maï,” which became a hit, charting among the top-selling singles in Belgium and France. Their collaboration with singer Anna Kova on the track “All in You” also saw success, reaching the top 10 in France’s singles charts.

With their rising popularity, Synapson performed at major festivals, including Printemps de Bourges, Solidays, Les Vieilles Charrues, Musilac, Garorock, Opex Festival, Festival Lives au Pont, Ice DJ Festival, Festival de Bobital, Imaginarium, Nice Music Live, Les Ardentes, Ecaussystème, Les Plages Électroniques, Festival Papillons de Nuit, and Switzerland’s Paléo Festival.

In 2018, they released the album Super 8, featuring tracks like “Hide Away,” with Australian singer Holly Martin, and “Souba,” featuring Senegalese artist Lass. Two years later, they dropped Global Musique, Vol.1, which included Malian diva Oumou Sangaré on the track “Bensema.” In 2022, they followed up with Global Musique, Vol.2, collaborating with artists such as Bonga, David Walters, Dominique Fils-Aimé, Keilimei, Bab L’Bluz, and Kady Diarra.
