Feu! Chatterton | Monde nouveau
“Chatting with friends, we talked about issues like global warming, the over-exploitation of resources, the idea of always optimizing and making useful our time and energy, the tendency to forget about play…” this is what motivated Feu! Chatterton to write the title “Monde nouveau”.
About
Feu! Chatterton is a French rock and pop band. The band's name derives from the juxtaposition of "Feu!" and "Chatterton", in homage to the poet Thomas Chatterton. The group has five members: Antoine Wilson, Arthur Teboul, Clément Doumic, Raphaël de Pressigny and Sébastien Wolf. From 2012 onwards, they have taken part in a number of festivals, including Rock en Seine, Francofolies and Printemps de Bourges. Feu! Chatterton was nominated at the Victoires de la musique awards in 2016 and 2019. Their first two albums, "Ici le jour (a tout enseveli)" and "L'Oiseleur", are a great success. In January 2021, the title track "Monde nouveau", from the album "Palais d'Argile", is released - a smash hit! Feu! Chatterton's songs are marked by poetic writing and a dandyish style.
