Landmvrks | New album ‘Lost In The Waves’

Landmvrks present their new album Lost in the Waves, an energetic and stylish new album that establishes the band’s new direction – melodic, profound and powerful.

Landmvrks were formed in 2014 in Marseille. The group already included members Florent Salfati (vocals), Rudy Purkart (bass), Nicolas Exposito and Paul C. Wilson (guitars) and Kévin D’Agostino (drums).

For two years, the band wrote and recorded songs, and took their first live steps in local venues alongside bands like First Blood and More Than Life. Gradually, Landmvrks made a name for themselves in the French metalcore scene, releasing several singles and videos which earned them a devoted fanbase. In 2016, Landmvrks released their debut album, Hollow, which was produced by Salfati and Exposito. They decided to release the album independently and toured Europe promoting the release.

They won people over with a modern metalcore style full of hardcore riffs and catchy choruses and, in 2018, they signed a deal with Arising Empire Records for their second album Fantasy, which demonstrated how far the group had come in establishing their own style.

Over the next two years, they toured the world, including their own headline tours, and began writing the material on the new album while they were on the road.
